We ship both locally and worldwide.

We ship within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.

Local orders take 5-10 business days.

International orders take 1 - 3 weeks.

Shipping method and other factors may cause a delay in your order. Please allow additional days before contacting us.

Orders placed in Canada over $30.00 CAD will have free shipping.

Canadian orders under $30.00 CAD and all international orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but your 100% satisfaction is important for us. If there is any problems with your products please send an email to biborderscrunchies@gmail.com and we will open up a conversation to address your concerns.

Once your order has arrive, if you decide you prefer another we can make an exchange. This can only be done if the product is unopened. Return shipping is the responsiability of the customers.

1. Ship the product back to the return address with a note inside that tells which scrunchie you would like it exchanged for.
2. Once received, we will conduct an inspection for proof that the product was unopened. 
3. If it was never opened we will send an email when your replacement order is on its way.

Please note that we have a policy to not fill an order until the day after it is placed. This allows you the chance to email us at biborderscrunchies@gmail.com with your order number and any concerns. 

• If the order has been filled please note that we will not be able to cancel or change the order. However - once the order has arrived we do offer exchanges. Please head to the exchange policy in the FAQs for further details.

Please note that no orders are filled until the day after the order was placed to allow you the chance to update or cancel your order. Please email us at biborderscrunchies@gmail.com with your order number and providing your order has not been filled we can cancel your order and you will be fully refunded.

To locate your order number please log in. 

If you are already signed in than click on your name in the menu. Once you are at My Account page it will display your order history and you can find your order number there.
